All equipment purchased from A2Z Business Systems and maintained under a Full Service Maintenance Agreement from A2Z Business Systems or under factory warranty comes with the following guarantees:


Maximum Productivity

Equipment will not experience more than 10 working hours of down time per calendar quarter.

Free Loaner

If a system is not operable within 8 working hours of the initial service call, A2Z Business Systems will provide a comparable loaner system at no charge until the original equipment is repaired.

Replacement

Any unit that cannot be maintained by A2Z Business Systems to perform to manufacturer’s specifications will be replaced with an identical model, or, at the option of A2Z, a machine with comparable features and capabilities.  The term of this guarantee is 3 years from the original equipment delivery date.


Upgrade Value

All products sold and maintained by A2Z Business Systems have a guaranteed upgrade value when you elect to purchase, from A2Z Business Systems, a product of greater price and capability than the original system.


Upgrade Values Are:

1-3 months of ownership
4-12 months of ownership
13-18 months of ownership
19-36 months of ownership
  
90% of purchase price
60% of purchase price
30% of purchase price
10% of purchase price

Total volume cannot exceed the manufacturer’s recommended maximum.
